Land with all urban services established by the Town Planning Law.
Provisionally, the construction land is urban land, which means it is located in the urban population or included in a development with all services.
If you have a question about whether you can build on your plot, please contact us or go to the City Council. The Certificate of urban use requested from your City Council will indicate whether it is land for building or not, or if it has urban conditions for construction.

In fact, before signing the contract with us and without surprises
you will be provided with a custom fixed price according to the finish line and equipment packages chosen (if applicable).
There are some concepts in the budgeting which are not included, since it depends on the plot configuration, soil type, etc.
In this way, earth moving is not included since it depends on each particular case, the plot and its characteristics.
Similarly, foundation depends largely on the type of soil of each field and the configuration of the house (number of levels, etc.).
Regarding construction at different levels, the cost of additional roof nor the staircase to access to the top floor are included.
Project costs and geotechnical study, if necessary, are not included. Some customers already have these documents. That is why it should not be a fixed cost for everyone.
Costs for planning permission are not included. However, we let you know the corresponding amount so that you always know the total cost of the construction with everything included.
IN ANY CASE, WE will calculate a FIXED budget; WITH ALL EXTRAS NEEDED SO THAT YOU MAY HAVE ALL INCLUDED TURNKEY PRICE.

Our buildings are 100% mortgaged. These are real estates; therefore it can guarantee a mortgage.
Ask in your bank or, if you prefer, we can manage the financing through our collaborator bank.
In fact, thanks to Edomus®_LSF construction system, turnkey price and relation between price / quality of our system, you can get financing rates between 80-90% of the total investment.

According to Building Management Law, it is a ten years insurance in which the developer must guarantee the essential and most important parts of the construction, as the foundation and internal structure, at least for ten years. However, self-promoters do not require this insurance. In Edomus®, the client acts as promoter and Edomus® as a builder.
Whenever you want to do a promotion to sell to final customers, a ten years insurance will be always required.
The other important insurance is your home insurance. It is important in case of theft, fire, accidents or bad working order of the premises and contents.

Edomus®_LSF construction system can be adapted to any architectural design.
That means IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A PROJECT WITH A PARTICULAR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, WE CAN ADAPT IT TO OUR SYSTEM DESIGN Edomus® WITH NO EXTRA COST FOR YOU.

Once the contract with us is closed, you do not have to worry about anything, we manage everything.

The construction period depends on the dwelling surface area. However, thanks to our building system it is possible for us to save half of the period time, something which could not be possible with traditional construction systems.
We estimate approximately the final work date of your home, and if you want, we commit ourselves to specify in written form.

If you want, we can carry out regular inspections and maintenance management in your home, so you do not have to worry about anything, even during the lifetime of your home. It is not possible to have more comfort and better service.
