+PASSIVHAUS Package

It is about implementing the house with a series of improvements, to achieve the objective of passive housing, or PASSIVHAUS.

The main aspects for a home to be considered a passivhaus are:

Excellent thermal insulation.
High performance windows and doors
Absence of thermal bridges
Air tightness
Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery

This pack includes all the construction and technical systems so that the house meets the requirements established internationally to be considered passive housing.

Thus, the density and amount of thermal insulation is increased, window and door systems are implemented with superior range series, an air renewal system is incorporated, with high-efficiency heat recovery.

In fact, the EDOMUS sustainable construction concept itself is based on efficiency standards (efficiency A) that makes implementing the passive house concept relatively simple.

+TECH Package

With this pack, the home incorporates the latest advances in hardware and software for home automation control of solar protection systems (blinds), air conditioning, lighting and security. Being able to control your home from your mobile is a reality.

+POOL Package

For single family dwellings on plot there is the possibility to include in turnkey housing concept the construction of the pool with all facilities required. The project should also include the pool project (included in this package).

As a reference we offer a “pool” product with a surface area of 3x12+3= 45m2, with a lane for swimming of 3x12 and a children’s area of 3x3, everything for a fixed price including: project, excavation, pool construction, lighting for the basin of the pool and auxiliary facilities. For other configurations you can opt to a custom design.

+SOLAR Package

With the +SOLAR pack, photovoltaic solar collection systems are incorporated, in order to convert the sun's energy into energy for your home. Optionally, a battery kit can be included in the system. In any case, the installation is expected to be expandable, with the incorporation of a state-of-the-art hybrid inverter.
